Diet Guide for Homeless People with Type 2 Diabetes
When a person does not have access to stable living accommodation, the means to buy food and somewhere to cook and store it, it can be difficult to implement much of the existing dietary advise available to people with diabetes. In response to feedback from homeless people with Type 2 Diabetes and staff working with them in Tower Hamlets, a series of diet guides were created to better meet the needs of homeless people.
