EEHNs 2017 Health fair at the Idea Store Whitechapel was a huge success with over 400 patients and local residents attending and taking up services from a wide range of Tower Hamlets CVS organisations. There were activities and information stalls Health Watch, Compass Wellbeing, Diabetes Education Centre covering preparing for Ramadan and many others. The smoothie cycle created a buzz by enticing members of the public in for a free smoothie, they had to ride the cycle in order for the blender to work. Our free health check stalls run by network Nurse and HCA along with the Osmani Trust Health Trainer’s TANITA readings which measured body composition, which proved extremely popular with very long queues. Another big attraction was the massage corner where patients found themselves in a quite area relaxing with a professional head, shoulder and back massage. The Networks Social Prescribing service was also officially launched by Dr Anwara Ali, Chairperson of EEHN, she also presented prizes to the lucky winners of the EEHN raffle prizes, patients from Albion and Blithehale were among the lucky winners who won fantastic healthy eating prizes.  Due to the overwhelming success of the event EEHN is already planning its next Health Fair which it hopes will be bigger and better.

Fitness is a first thing that every person wants naturally. There are some health and fitness centers which guides a person what is good for your health. In this blog discussion is that there are too many patients which are not physically fit and healthy.
